The offense had five hits. Three of the five hits were Home Runs. It’s safe to say that the Yankees offense has not been dominant latley.

Starting Pitching Analysis

Max Fried was perfect through the first three innings and looked really sharp. Then, the fourth and fifth innings, Fried gave up two runs in each, but only two earned due to some really bad defense.

When Fried was walking off the mound, his left index finger looked like it was bleeding, so let’s pray that the blister that looks like it is flaring up again.

Bullpen Usage

Jonathan Loáisiga was the first out of the bullpen, and did not allow an earned run, but an unearned run did come across on an E3. Scott Effross was the next out of the pen and gave up a two-run home run but then after a single/E9, retired the side. Brubaker also worked a scoreless inning.
